Taking a break and resting their keds.

You could eat them up like juicy red jelly beans.

Pretty soon they will be annoyed with each other
Yelling “get away from me brother!”

But for today we will stop and stare
Because moments like these can be quite rare.

And at least we’ll have proof in the future
That you at one time were in a love stupor!
